How do I cancel my free trial or subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you cancel from your store account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

1. iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bible Saga → Cancel. Or tap below.
2. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bible Saga → Cancel.

I paid but the app still asks me to subscribe

Open the app → Profile → Help → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. If it still fails, email us with your receipt and we fix it the same day.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store that charged you. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play refund request. If you are stuck, write to us and we will help.

Delete my account and data

In the app: Profile → Help → Delete my account and data. This permanently erases your account, progress, notes, saved episodes, prayer requests and chat history. It does not cancel a store subscription: cancel that separately as described above. You can also email us from the address you signed in with and we delete the account within 7 days.

Sign-in and syncing

Sign-in is optional and uses a one-time email code, no password. Signing in syncs your progress, streak and subscription across devices.

Are the videos made with AI?

Yes. Every script is written from Scripture and quotes it word for word. The visuals are generated; the words are the Bible's. If something looks wrong or unfaithful, report it from the episode or email us.

Which Bible translation do you use?

Public-domain Bibles: WEB, KJV and BSB in English, Douay-Rheims for Catholic readers, Reina-Valera 1909 in Spanish, Bíblia Portuguesa Mundial in Portuguese, Riveduta in Italian, Luther 1912 in German and Louis Segond 1910 in French. Choose one from the reader.

Catholic, Protestant or Orthodox?

All three. Choose your tradition in Profile and devotionals, prayers and chat answers follow it. The AI chat always cites Scripture and is not a replacement for your pastor or priest.

Family mode

Turn on Family mode in Profile to show only series rated for younger viewers. Bible Saga is not directed to children under 13; a parent operates the account.
